Oh man, where do I begin to start on just how helpful Loretta has been in helping me plan my trips to Key West. I was lucky enough to stumble across her checking out a "too-good-to-be-true" ad on craigslist. Turned out it was a scam and I was lucky enough to figure that out before sending any money. But in doing my research, I came across Loretta and her travel company and thought that she might be able to help me out.
Not only did she find a place in an ideal location on the island (just one block off Duval Street), but she was able to get me a great rate for a full month being down there.
Now most travel agents would be content with that, but not Loretta, I honestly think she was more excited for me to get down to Key West than I was to go at times. Often I found myself asking if she was a real person because I had never found anyone that nice and eager to help.
Obviously heading to Key West I wanted to have a bike, but not a rental, I wanted a real Key West bike. Loretta found a bike for me and actually bought it before I got down there and I just paid her back. She also gave me a personalized list of her favorite food spots on the island as well as a couple of books on things to do in Key West. Oh, also she made arrangements to pick me up at the airport when I arrived, take me to the airport when I left, as well as shuttle some friends around when they came down to visit.
I'm not sure that AMAZING customer service is good enough to explain just how helpful Loretta is. She really makes you feel as though you have a life long friend that is helping to plan your trip. I still keep in touch and she still helps me plan trips to the Conch Republic. I can't wait to get back down to the Keys to catch up.

Two thumbs up for Loretta and Clean Getaway Travel. This was my first trip to Europe and Loretta walked me through all of the preparations for my trip. Upon arriving, Yup, she had a Mercedes and a gorgeous Italian driver waiting for me. We did all private tours which allowed us to get up close and personal with everything we did. Loretta picked the most perfect tours; I can say there wasn't anything that I didn't get to do or see. Loretta took good care of me and was so attentive to my off the agenda things I wanted to do. Key West. Sober. I couldn’t imagine it. But Loretta and Clean Getaway Travel made that happen. I discovered all the wonderful sober things Key West has to offer, the Butterfly Conservatory, snorkeling, the Ghost Tour, yoga on the beach, wonderful dinners with new friends. Loretta knows how to bring a group together and make it fun. I am so grateful to be able to vacation in clean and sober environment and have a heck of a lot of fun while I’m doing it. I'd like to thank you for the generous amount of time and energy that you gave me while I was in Key West. I loved both of the condos at the Travelers' Palm Inn. They were charming with many amenities and Michel was delightful. I can't thank you enough for this little oasis inside Key West. Your personal touch of making sure I was cared for by checking on me made me feel safe and sound in an unfamiliar area of our country. I enjoyed going to an AA meeting on a bicycle in addition to being able to use the bike as the major mode of transportation. Very cool. I'm thankful you planned the dinner with Don and Nancy at the Fin. The food was excellent and the socializing was welcoming to me who was alone in a strange place. Lastly, thank you for your private escort to and from the airport. I came away from the experience thinking the next time I come to KW I need to stay longer. Just wanted to thank-you for showing us a wonderful time in Key West. Two of my friends had never been there and were extremely grateful for the chance to experience such a unique town. Your suggestions for renting bikes and eating out worked out to everyone's liking. The accommodations where, also, very clean, comfortable and pleasant to stay at.
